Area Attractions

Missouri Botanical Gardens

One of the oldest botanical institutions in the US, this national historic landmark is host to a number of garden features and cultural festivals. Its herbarium, with more than 6.6 million specimens, is the second largest in North America, behind only that of the New York Botanical Garden.

Busch Stadium

Home of the St. Louis Cardinals, Busch Stadium is located in downtown St. Louis. Take in a game or explore Ballpark Village, the dining and entertainment district adjacent to the stadium.

City Museum

Located in downtown  St. Louis, City Museum consists of largely architectural and industrial objects that have been repurposed. Complete with slides, a rooftop Ferris wheel, and a number of other attractions, the City Museum is something that has to be experienced to be believed.

St. Louis Aquarium

This 125,000 square-foot aquarium is located in downtown St. Louis and features one-of-a-kind exhibits and thousands of aquatic species from all over the world.

Saint Louis Zoo

Featuring 18,000 animals from 700 different species, the Saint Louis Zoo is recognized as a leading zoo in research, conservation and education. This free attraction is located within Forest Park, a large public park that hosts a number of attractions.

Gateway Arch

The easiest and fastest way to see all of St. Louis? From the top of the famous Gateway Arch! Take in the sights from the top of the Arch and explore the museum located beneath the Arch grounds.

Saint Louis Science Center

Founded as a planetarium in 1963, the Saint Louis Science Center includes a planetarium and science museum. Admission to the science center is free, and the center is one of many attractions located within Forest Park.

Saint Louis Art Museum

The Saint Louis Art Museum is one of the principal art museums in the US and offers a variety of visiting and permanent exhibitions. The three-story museum is located within Forest Park and admission is free.
